About Me

I am from the midwest originally. I grew up in the flooring industry. I started when I was 19 full time doing commercial buildings and high end homes.

When I was in my early 30's I started a company doing commercial work including many hotels such as Hilton and Home 2 across the midwest. I ran a 12 man crew doing many car dealerships, restaurants and other high end construction.

My long term goal in investing and the pursuit of my own fund which I focus on compounding yearly returns with great companies. Not high flying stock pickers shooting for the moon. I believe in buying great businesses and providing a return that beats the S&P by 3% or more annually.

Currently pursuing my Series 65 license. So flooring is not my main gig anymore I still like the challenge of it and of course I am always looking to add funds for my investments.

With all this being said I still provide high quality work at a fair price. If you are looking for a guy who is cheap I am not him. I do great work and charge accordingly.

In my early 40'S I moved to Scottsdale and started a company which exploded during Covid. In fact bigger than I wanted so I sold it in late 2023.

Currently I am pursing my investment career as well as received my real estate license to facilitate personal home flips. During this time I take on selective projects doing custom things most stores or installers cant do.

I do labor only and can give you a material list to have on site. This actually saves you money and me time. Reach out to me if you have something unique or creative you need done. If time permits I will do basic installs as well.
